Welcome to Haaatly and our applications (referred to as "Service").This page (along with the documents referred to it) shows you the terms and conditions that will be provided by our contracting shops with and any of its products (referred to as "the Product") located on Haaatly portal. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with ordering any product from our website.

1. About us
Haaatly is a site managed by Al-Tawseel Service and Trading LLC. It is a commercial institution that provides you with application by independent shops (referred to as "our contracting shops") and delivery will be made by us.
2. Objective
The goal of our service is to provide you with a simple and convenient service by connecting you to our contracted shop and its selected list and allowing you to order . Haaatly are delivered the order to you on behalf of the shops.
3. Availability of service
Haaatly provides you with an order and delivery service from our shops in Oman. Each contracted shop has a specific delivery area. So as to ensure that all orders reach you in the best case. If you live outside the delivery areas, you will see a message on the screen alerting you that online ordering is not possible. Working hours will vary depending on local commercial conditions and the availability of our shops.
4. Applications
When you submit a request via our service, you will receive an email message thanking you for the order through our website and confirm receipt and acceptance of your request by our contracted shop ("Confirmation Letter") and will be sent by us on behalf of our contracted shop. A contract will be established between you and the shop that provides us with any product you request through our service when we send you a confirmation message. Please make sure you provide us with your correct e-mail because it will be the primary means of communicating with you about your request. Please also check the address and telephone number which you provide us to ensure your order arrives in the right place. If you do not open the door or respond to the phone after 5 minutes of driver's arrival to your address, we will have the right to leave and you will bear the cost of the product.
All applications are subject to availability. Our contracting shop can provide any alternative to a product that is not available to you.
Four hours is the closest time to receive your order (time between your order and delivery) in order to ensure the suitable time for our contractor to work on the product in a way that suits your aspirations as well as to deliver the product at the time, without delay.
Haaatly seeks to provide you with a high quality service and will contact you if there is a problem with your order regarding the quality of the product. We are closely monitoring our contracting shops and it is very important that they are consistent with our standards and help us keep our reputation. 5. Delivery
Our goal is to provide the best delivery service ever, but unfortunately things sometimes go wrong, for example in traffic congestion or weather conditions, which may sometimes prevent us from achieving our goal in this regard. We will always do our utmost to confirm that your order will arrive at the time mentioned on the program. With regard to the delivery time specified for you, the number of requests received by the shop as well as the circumstances that may face our shop contracted with us at this time.
6. Retrieval and Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 5 minutes of the order's working time and before it becomes a initiated request. The application is initiated when the shop accept the order. The shop contracted with us will consider any application to be canceled as an unsuccessful request if the preparation of the application is initiated. Customers can cancel their order by contacting our customer service. Haaatly and the shop has the right to cancel any request and will be notified of this at the moment the order is canceled and the reason for cancellation is indicated and you will not be charged for canceling the order.
- If we send you an incorrect request, please notify our customer service as soon as possible, and we accept the return request at the same time as the order is received and before the driver leaves. We will check the condition of the order through the driver and assess the damage.
- If there is no problem, the request is rejected. Cases where the request is denied:
• Customer acceptance of the order upon receipt in the driver application.
• Client signature for confirmation in driver application.
• The image matches the product you order exactly.
• No physical damage is shown.
- If the return request is accepted for replacement, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible.
- If the return request is accepted due to substantial damage to the order and after evaluating the situation, we will refund the order value minus the bank fees within 10 working days.
7. Price and payment
The price of any product will be on our application. Prices will vary between product and may change at any time, but the change will not affect the order from which the confirmation message is received. Unless there is a clear price error, we will notify you as soon as possible. When you report the error you will be able to cancel your application if you wish. Despite our attempts, some of the prices of the requests on our service may be wrong. Normally, our shop will confirm prices as part of the application. Payment is made for orders by cash on delivery, online payment or credit card at delivery . When your order is confirmed, your debit card or credit card will be debited. Payment is made directly to us and then sent to the contracted shop with us. We authorize our contracting shops to accept payment on their behalf and any payment to us will save you from an obligation to pay this amount to our contracted shop.
8. Our responsibility
In the extent permitted by law, Haaatly provides the service and content based on "as it is" and "as available" and we do not have any kind of representation or warranty as to the content or availability of the service or it will be error-free or will correct any defects. Through the Internet and our affiliated shops, they will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss of any consequences found in the contract or outside of the contract or caused by your use or inability to use our service. In the case that the delivery for sale through the Internet or the shop we contracted with us were responsible for you, our overall responsibility will be limited to the prices of the orders you have purchased in your application. This does not include or limit the liability for delivery to Haaatly or Shop with us for any subject that would be illegal. Failure to take responsibility such as in the event of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or false statements.
9. Events beyond our control
Neither Party shall be liable to the other for delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement for any reason outside our control. This includes, without limitation, any of the following: Fate and destiny, government action, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil unrest.
10. Waiver
You, the Contractor and Haaatly shall not be liable to the other party in the event of delay or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement for an out of control reason.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is judged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force and effect of the remainder of the provisions shall not be prejudiced.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.
13. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Haaatly may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you.
14. Law and the judiciary
The Omani court have jurisdiction over any claim arising out of or relating to any use of our services. These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Sultanate of Oman.
